MC-Seamax eyes buys

London, United Kingdom, – (June 11, 2015) — US owner MC-Seamax Management has raised $300m for more boxship buys as it won backing from global institutional investors.

The Stamford company said it had successfully closed its first private equity fund with cash from North America, Asia and Europe. “We are very grateful to our investors for supporting MC-Seamax in our first fund.” said Cao Deambrosio and Ron Petrunoff, its managing partners.
